Q: How many Men's Ice Hockey scholarships are available?
A: Men's NCAA Division I schools can offer (18) full scholarships per team, for a total of *(936) available athletic scholarships. Men's NCAA Division II schools may offer (13.5) scholarships per team for a total (94.5) scholarships available.
*Ivy League Schools do not offer athletic scholarships
Q: How many Women's Ice Hockey scholarships are available?
A: Women's NCAA Division I schools can offer (18) full sholarships per team, for a total (504) athletic scholarships available for women in the sport of ice hockey.
Q: How can I increase my chances of receiving an ice hockey scholarship?
A: The best way to increase your chances of earning a scholarships is to be strong academically. If you are a poor student, the number of schools that can consider you for a scholarship significantly decreases, regardless of your ability on the ice.

Q: What are the academic requirements need to qualify for an athletic scholarship?
A: Submit and complete the following:
1) Register with NCAA Clearinghouse
2) Graduate High School
3) Complete (16) approved core courses*
4) Meet the minimun GPA in your (16) core courses*
5) Meet the Minimum SAT/ACT test score*
6) Complete amateurism certification questionaire
