<P><FONT size=2 face=Tahoma>A: It is unusual for players to move from an ACHA level program to an NCAA level program.  It does happen occasionally but usually at a school that fields both NCAA and ACHA teams with the ACHA team acting as a farm program.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=2 face=Tahoma><STRONG>Q: Are ice hockey scholarships offered by NCAA programs?</STRONG></FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=2 face=Tahoma>A: Some. NCAA Division I and II programs can offer ice hockey scholarships. NCAA Division III schools cannot.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=2 face=Tahoma>A: NCAA and ACHA teams can schedule each other if they wish, but rarely do.  Some top level ACHA programs can compete with NCAA Division III programs in terms of level of play, fan support and facilities.</FONT></P>
